Having quite a tech based corporate background along with VA’ing in more recent years, my area of expertise is: to support Women in Wellness who have no idea about technology or find it utterly overwhelming. All to aid your business in its growth, so you can be the face of your business and leave me to work out what goes where, how, when and why!

Primarily I work GoDaddy and SquareSpace. This is because of the variety of options available with them and can be offered to you in accordance with your needs. For example, GoDaddy have a phone helpdesk which is UK based, but SquareSpace have email and chat support available if you don’t like phone calls. Of course, if you have sought professional support from another business for a specific purpose and need help to load it to your website, I can absolutely help with that.
I can do! Though this is my area of expertise for a reason; I understand the industry, I understand the needs, I understand the clientele, and I understand the nuances.
If you’re not paying the balance upfront, a minimum deposit of £250 is required to be paid before the project commences. If you need to break down the remaining balance into multiple payments, I can support up to 3 installments total (including the deposit), which must be settled before the work is completed (as per the agreed timeline).
Every project is unique & may differ in delivery time and effort. Therefore, prices are project specific and dependant upon what it is that you want/already have.

If the support you are needing is less than the £250 deposit, full payment will be needed upfront before the work can commence.
In my honest opinion, there’s nothing that scream authentic more so than evidence of who you are and where you work. Professional headshots at the very least can be super helpful for your audience to get to know you, if you can have photo’s of your space, that too will ooze your vibe so people will know if they want to book with you.
However, if you only have some of your space photographed and the rest of it will need to be bolstered by stock images then I’d say for consistency you’d be best to stick with stock images until you can get a full camera roll of your digs.
This will depend upon what you’re needing, but if you have a deadline which needs to be met, please ensure this is quoted in your booking for your free 30-minute consultation.
If something is simply not achievable, I will discuss this with you.
No, I will support you with setting your business up to send these emails (and all which is entailed beforehand) but the production and sending will be for you to handle.
If the work requesting to be done is to revisit what we have already collaborated on, there may be a returning customer discount applied - task dependent. This is because I already know your company, the setup, your clientele, and therefore this removes some of the leg work from the researching elements of our collaborative journey.
