Thank you for choosing Unalome Healing. These terms apply to all bookings, gift vouchers, Reiki courses, Alignment Sessions and the Reclaim Your Radiance programme. By making a booking or purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully — if you have any questions at all, I'm always happy to chat things through before you commit to anything.
All bookings are made directly through the Unalome Healing website or by contacting me via email, text, or social media. Your booking is only confirmed once:
• you have received a confirmation email, and
• the £20.00 deposit has been paid via the secure link included in your calendar invite.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive your confirmation email — automatic emails can sometimes land there. I'm not able to accept liability if a missed confirmation causes you to miss your appointment, so do get in touch if you're unsure.
A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 is required to secure all chargeable appointments. This amount will be deducted from your total treatment fee on the day of your appointment. By submitting a booking, you are confirming your intention to pay the deposit promptly upon receiving the calendar invite and payment link.
Please aim to arrive at the start of your appointment time — not earlier, as I may be finishing with another client. If you arrive late, I'll always do my best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your treatment time may be reduced accordingly.
My therapy room is located on the first floor of my home. If you have any difficulty with stairs, or any allergies to pets (I have two cats — Leo and Moo!), please let me know at the time of booking so we can make suitable arrangements.
Some treatments and programmes require a consultation to be completed prior to your first appointment. I reserve the right to decline treatments where a consultation has not been successfully completed or where I deem it appropriate to do so.
All clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult throughout their appointment.
I completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. Within this window, you may:
• Rearrange your appointment once, with your £20.00 deposit carried forward to the new date.
A second request to rearrange will forfeit your deposit. Any outright cancellation within the free window will also forfeit the deposit.
If you cancel or fail to attend within 24 hours of your appointment, the following applies:
• Your £20.00 deposit will be forfeited.
• A further fee of £20.00 (representing the late cancellation charge) will be due and a payment request will be sent to the contact details provided at booking.
• Future appointments will not be confirmed until any outstanding balance has been settled.
If your appointment is to be paid using a gift voucher and you cancel or fail to attend within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the voucher value (or 50% of it, where the voucher was being used as a part-payment) will be forfeited with no right to a refund.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I will give you as much notice as possible. Your deposit will be carried forward in full to your rescheduled appointment, or refunded if rescheduling isn't possible. Where a gift voucher was to be used, it will remain valid until its original expiry date or, at my discretion, may be extended.
Reiki courses (1st Degree, 2nd Degree, and Master Teacher) require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. Course dates, deposit amounts, and total fees are confirmed at the time of booking.
If you need to withdraw from a course, please let me know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. Where cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the course start date, remaining fees already paid (excluding the deposit) may be applied as a credit toward a future course date at my discretion. No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the course start date.
All course materials, manuals, and resources are provided for your personal use only. They remain the intellectual property of Unalome Healing and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without prior written permission.
The Reclaim Your Radiance programme is a transformational 1:1 journey designed for women ready to address the root causes of burnout and reconnect with themselves. Specific details regarding sessions, content, and inclusions are confirmed in your programme agreement.
RYR is available at Radiance Gold and Radiance Platinum levels. Payment plans are available and managed via GoCardless. By agreeing to a payment plan, you commit to the full programme fee. If you need to pause or adjust payments, please contact me directly — I always prefer to have an open conversation rather than for things to go unaddressed.
In preparing and delivering your programme, I invest in a number of resources specifically for you ahead of your start date. These costs are non-refundable and will be taken into account in any cancellation or refund assessment. Such costs include, but are not limited to:
• doTERRA essential oil products and any associated order costs purchased specifically for your programme kit.
• Room hire fees incurred for any in-person sessions or events forming part of your programme.
• Your personalised programme workbook and journal, printed and fulfilled via Amazon KDP.
• Any other materials, resources, or third-party costs purchased or commissioned specifically for your programme.
These costs will be deducted from any sum considered for credit or refund, regardless of the stage at which a cancellation occurs. By committing to the programme, you acknowledge and accept that these expenditures are made on your behalf and cannot be recovered.
Due to the bespoke, high-touch nature of this programme, the following applies:
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the programme start date will forfeit the deposit or initial payment made.
• Once the programme has commenced, fees paid are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, at my sole discretion, I may offer a partial credit toward a future programme or service — minus any third-party costs already incurred as outlined in section 4.3.
• If I am unable to deliver the programme due to unforeseen circumstances, I will offer either a full refund of any fees paid (minus non-recoverable third-party costs) or an alternative delivery arrangement.
Alignment Sessions are available as a maintenance and ongoing support offering for clients who have completed a programme or who are looking for focused, regular energetic support. Session details, frequency, and inclusions are confirmed at the time of booking.
A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 is required to secure your first Alignment Session. This deposit will be deducted from the total session fee. Subsequent sessions are booked and paid for in the usual way, in accordance with the booking and cancellation terms set out in Sections 1 and 2 of this document.
If you would like to book Alignment Sessions on an ongoing basis, a payment plan may be available via GoCardless. Please contact me directly at ashleigh@unalomehealing.co.uk to discuss your options. By agreeing to a payment plan, you commit to the agreed schedule of payments for the duration of the arrangement.
Gift vouchers are available in both physical card form and as e-vouchers (purchased via SumUp). To arrange a physical voucher, please contact me directly to agree a collection date and time, or vouchers can be posted to UK addresses for a postage fee of £2.95 — please allow up to 7 days for delivery. E-vouchers are issued electronically.
Please note: e-vouchers are issued via SumUp, which does not display an expiration date at the point of purchase or on the voucher itself. Unalome Healing operates a 3-month expiry policy on all gift vouchers, as communicated across our website. The absence of an expiry date on your e-voucher does not exempt it from this condition — it is your responsibility to make a note of your purchase date and ensure the voucher is redeemed within 3 months.
Gift vouchers may be used toward the full or part cost of eligible treatments and services. Please note that SumUp does not have a dedicated voucher redemption field, so the process differs depending on the value of your voucher:
• Part payment: If your voucher covers only part of the treatment cost and you still need to pay the £20.00 deposit, please enter your voucher code in the "Message to the Merchant" field at checkout when making your booking via SumUp.
• Full payment: If your voucher covers the entire cost of the treatment, please do not book via SumUp. Instead, contact me directly at ashleigh@unalomehealing.co.uk to arrange your appointment.
Physical vouchers must be presented at your appointment to be redeemed. There is no limit on the number of vouchers that may be used in a single transaction.
All gift vouchers — physical and e-vouchers — expire 3 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on physical vouchers; please note it is not displayed on e-vouchers, so do make a note of your purchase date.
I have no obligation to remind you of an approaching expiry date — it is your responsibility to ensure your voucher is redeemed before it expires. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after their expiry date.
If you find yourself needing a little more time, please do get in touch. Extensions may be offered at my discretion, subject to an administration fee of 50% of the voucher's remaining value.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift voucher.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers are your responsibility — please keep them safe and treat them as you would cash.
• Any remaining balance on a part-used voucher will expire on the original expiry date.
Treatment fees are payable on the day of your appointment. The following payment methods are accepted:
• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Card payment — processed via Unalome Healing's preferred merchant provider.
For programme or course payment plans, GoCardless is used. If you require an invoice, please let me know and one can be provided. Outstanding balances must be settled before further appointments can be confirmed.
I reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking or purchase will apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

When you get in touch, make a booking, or sign up to my newsletter, I may collect:

When you visit my website, certain data is collected automatically. This includes things like your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how long you spend on them. This is standard website analytics data and helps me understand how people are finding and using the site.
My website uses cookies — small files placed on your device that help the site function properly and allow me to analyse traffic. The types of cookies used include:
• Essential cookies: necessary for the website to work and cannot be switched off.
• Analytics cookies: help me understand how visitors use the site so I can improve it.

• Improve the website and my services based on how they're being used
• Meet any legal or regulatory obligations
I will never use your information for purposes you wouldn't reasonably expect, and I will never sell your data to third parties.
To run my business and deliver services to you, I use a small number of trusted third-party platforms. Each has its own privacy policy and data practices:
I use SumUp to process card payments and manage bookings. When you pay by card or purchase a gift voucher, your payment details are handled securely by SumUp. I do not store your card information. You can read SumUp's privacy policy at sumup.com.
For payment plans (including the Reclaim Your Radiance programme and Alignment Sessions), I use GoCardless to manage Direct Debit payments. Your bank details are handled securely by GoCardless in accordance with their privacy policy, available at gocardless.com.
My newsletter and email communications are managed via HubSpot. If you sign up for my newsletter or marketing emails, your name and email address will be stored in HubSpot. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting me directly. HubSpot's privacy policy is available at hubspot.com.
My website is hosted via GoDaddy. Standard usage data (such as IP addresses and page visits) may be processed as part of their hosting infrastructure. GoDaddy's privacy policy is available at godaddy.com.
I may use Google Analytics to help me understand how visitors use my website. This tool collects anonymised data about your visit and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via your browser settings or using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
My client meditations and audio content are hosted via Vimeo. You do not need a Vimeo account to access this content, however Vimeo may collect certain data when you watch a video — such as your IP address and viewing activity — in accordance with their own privacy policy. If you choose to create a Vimeo account, that relationship is governed entirely by Vimeo's terms and privacy policy, available at vimeo.com/privacy.
Under UK GDPR, I need a lawful basis to process your personal data. Depending on how and why I'm using your information, this will be one of the following:
• Contract: processing is necessary to provide the service you've booked or agreed to.
• Legitimate interests: for example, using website analytics to improve the site, where this doesn't override your rights.
• Consent: for example, sending you marketing emails — you can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: where I'm required to retain or share data by law.
I only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary. In practice, this means:
• Booking and client records are retained for up to 7 years in line with HMRC guidance for sole traders.
• Consultation and treatment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years (or longer if required by professional guidelines).
• Newsletter subscribers' data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it.
• Website analytics data is typically retained for 26 months.
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
• Access the personal data I hold about you
• Ask me to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
• Ask me to delete your data (the "right to be forgotten"), where applicable
• Object to or restrict how I process your data in certain circumstances
• Withdraw consent at any time where I'm relying on consent as my legal basis
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled

I take the security of your personal data seriously and use appropriate measures to protect it. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have any concerns about data security, please get in touch.
My website and services are not directed at anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided me with personal information, please contact me and I will take steps to remove it promptly.
My website may include links to third-party websites (for example, doTERRA, Vimeo or booking platforms). I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if I start using a new tool or if there are changes in data protection law. When I do, I'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, I'll do my best to let you know directly, either by email or via a notice on the website.
